Refund policy


Please Read Before Ordering

Because our products are sourced and shipped directly from our suppliers, we are unable to accept general returns or "change of mind" requests. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and photos carefully before placing your order.

We Will Make It Right If:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your package was lost in transit

In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ShopVistaCuriousCart@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a store credit.

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guides carefully)
  • Minor color differences due to screen display settings
  • Delayed delivery within the stated shipping window (7-15 business days internationally)

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued as store credit within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
