SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may result in longer delivery times than traditional retailers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International orders are delivered within 10-20 business days. Free international shipping is included on all orders.
EU CUSTOMERS
If you are located in the European Union, please note that all prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. Any applicable VAT or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The Curious Cart by ShopVista is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure about your country's import policies, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. You can use your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at ShopVistaCuriousCart@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
